Challenge
Guests check in late and depart early — outside restaurant hours, hunger and thirst remain. A traditional shop with fixed opening hours and its own staff shift does not pay off at a hotel location like this. What was needed was an offering that is available around the clock, blends into the lobby's upscale ambience, and runs without additional staff.
